Yes, we hold a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy. If your event requires a certificate of insurance, please let our team know and we can provide that for you!
How Many Hours Is My Rental?
Our standard rentals are 6-7 Hours. If your event requires more time, please contact our Booking Team

Does the price include Delivery & Set-up?
Hello, all of our prices do include Set-Up and Delivery unless the service area is outside of our “Free Delivery” radius. For more information, please call our Booking Team
What type of location is required for Inflatable Rentals?
A grassy area is preferred to set up inflatable equipment. All inflatables and tents are secured to the ground by either stakes, water bags, sand bags, or water barrels. Please be sure area is clean of debris and animal waste. Stakes go into the ground approx. 12 inches. Be sure setup is not on top of electrical lines or pipes. Xtreme Jumpers and Slides will not be liable for any underground repair. Equipment can be set-up on concrete. If a concrete set-up is requires, please notify our staff when placing your reservation.
Do I need to sign a contract or waiver?
A waiver must be signed before any equipment is set-up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment is in use.
Is a deposit required to secure a reservation?
A $100 deposit is required when booking your reservation. Complete payment will be collected upon set-up.
What is you rain & cancellation policy?
Cancellation Fee:
There is a minimum $50 cancellation fee for any reason, except rain, based on the following:
Cancellation due to rain based on a 60% chance or higher, forecasted the day before by the local weather station.
You may reschedule your event, at no charge, if equipment is available for substitute date.
